Product introduction
JXL series frozen compressed air dryer (hereinafter referred to as cold drying machine) is a kind of equipment for drying compressed air according to the principle of frozen dehumidification.The pressure dew point of the compressed air dried by this cold dryer can be below 2℃(normal pressure dew point -23).If the company provides high efficiency compressed air filter, it can filter more than 0.01um of solid impurities, oil content can be controlled in the range of 0.01mg /m3.
Cold and dry machine adopts high-quality imported components, so that the equipment runs smoothly, reliable performance, low noise, less energy consumption, installation does not need a foundation, is the ideal compressed air purification equipment.Widely used in petroleum, chemical, telecommunications, electric power, textile, paint, medicine, cigarette, food, metallurgy, transportation, glass, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
Cold drying machine is based on the principle of refrigeration dehumidification, the hot and humid compressed air through the evaporator for heat exchange, so that the compressed air gaseous moisture condenses into liquid water, through the gas-liquid separator out of the machine.
