Micro thermal adsorption compressed air dryer is a kind of adsorption dryer developed by absorbing the advantages of thermal adsorption and non thermal adsorption compressed air dryer.It avoids the disadvantages of short switching time and large loss of regenerative air of the non-thermal adsorption compressed air dryer, and also overcomes the disadvantages of large power consumption of the thermal adsorption compressed air dryer.It is the most economical and energy-saving adsorption dryer in the purification industry, and is widely used in electronics, food, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, light textile, tobacco, instruments, meters, automatic control and other industries.

Working principle

This series of micro thermal adsorption compressed air dryer is a kind of equipment which uses micro heating regeneration method to dry compressed air according to the principle of pressure swing adsorption.Under a certain pressure, the compressed air flows through the adsorbent (dry) bed from bottom to top, under low temperature and high pressure, the water vapor in the compressed air will transfer to the adsorbent surface, that is, the adsorbent absorbs the water in the air to tend to balance, so that the compressed air is dry, this is the adsorption (work) process.

When the pressure drop of dry air (regenerated air), the gas expansion after heating, and then contact with the adsorbent saturated water, water in the adsorbent to regenerated air, until the balance, so that the adsorbent get dry, this is desorption (regeneration) process.That is, at low temperature and high pressure, the water is absorbed (work), and at high temperature and low pressure, the water is desorbed (regeneration).

The dryer is a double cylinder structure, the cylinder is filled with adsorbent (dryer), when one adsorption cylinder in the drying process, the other adsorption cylinder in the desorption process.
